(draco meteor,does flip a coin for each of your oponents pokemon,if heads, it does 50 damage)

Darkrai,
Sleep hole 40+
40 damage +another 40 is the defending pokemon is asleep,
if not it puts defending pokemon to sleep

Oh yeah, but for Supreme Blast to work you need Uxie lv X, or you have to be playing a no special effects game
