starters? not really, i would say shiny dratini is the most difficult. you have to freaking fish for it, you can't just use pokeradar!

pokeradar increases it the longer the chain you make. the chance caps at 40 (but chain numbers don't). at 40, the chance is 1 in 50!

dratini: fish with SUPER ROD in MT CORONET
